Technical Officer
Position: Technical Officer
Location: Ferguslie Park, Paisley
Salary: £40,635 - £44,619
Hours: 35 hours per week
Grade: EVH Grade 7
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: Monday 1st December, 2025 12:00 noon.
Based in the Ferguslie Park area of Paisley, Ferguslie Park Housing Association has been established in the community for over 30 years. Ferguslie Park Housing Association has a vacancy for an enthusiastic individual to join us delivering technical services.
We are looking for the right candidate to join us to ensure the Association delivers an excellent repairs and maintenance service to tenants and to protect the long-term sustainability of the assets owned by the Ferguslie Group.
You should be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and be empathetic and caring. In addition, you should be able to prioritise your workload, have a good level of IT skills and be able to work under pressure. Previous experience of working as part of a team within a Property Services environment would be an advantage.
