Are you customer focussed and a strong leader who can drive service improvement?
If you are, you may be the right person to lead one of our Housing Services Teams. Covering a defined geographic location, you will lead a team to deliver efficient, responsive and customer focused housing management services to our customers in various types of tenure, and to applicants for housing and other users of Eildon’s services.
You will be a key member of the Housing Services Management Team and as such will make an effective contribution to the overall development of our Housing Service. The Tenancy Services Co-ordinator (East) will have a lead role in overseeing and developing our tenancy support services which include our void and allocation processes and tenancy sustainment activities.
The post requires a flexible, dedicated and highly motivated individual who is able to build good relationships with our customers and partners. You should be passionate about ensuring our customers receive only the highest quality service and have the skills to encourage this in others. You will be innovative in your approach and be able to implement initiatives to improve performance and ensure excellent customer service.
The successful candidate must have an excellent standard of education, SCQF Level 9 or higher and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge and awareness of housing legislation. You will have strong administrative and ICT skills, including a knowledge of MS365/Office.
