Barton Willmore

Plans have been drawn up for a new 46-flat development on a brownfield site at Royston in Edinburgh. The scheme is part of the City of Edinburgh Council’s programme to which will deliver 40,000 affordable and mid-market homes across the city over the coming decade.

Affordable homes at Parkgrove Terrace in Clermiston Planning and design consultancy Barton Willmore has submitted the next two planning applications for the City of Edinburgh Council’s Small Sites Affordable Housing Programme.

Henderson House Architecture firm Barton Willmore has secured planning permission in principle for up to 125 residential units on the site of the former Fire & Rescue Service College in Gullane, East Lothian, subject to the signing of a planning agreement.
