Tenants of New Gorbals Housing Association were delighted to welcome First Minister Nicola Sturgeon into their new homes. 

The ambitious conversion of a semi-derelict building into one of Scotland’s most energy efficient affordable housing developments has been shortlisted for a national award.

Cllr Susan Aitken and Linda Malone, chairperson of New Gorbals Housing Association New Gorbals Housing Association welcomed Susan Aitken, the leader of Glasgow City Council, when she visited their brand new housing development to help handover keys to new tenants.

After a public competition, Ayrshire Housing has selected six well known architects to its new framework. The architects will support its ambitions for growth over the next four years.
