Planning approval has been granted nine new homes on a former farm steading site in the Angus village of Inverkeilor. The site off Kirkton Road on the east edge of the village sits beside the road leading to popular Lunan Bay beach.
Voigt Architects has received planning permission for five new houses at Tarriebank by Arbroath. The development will be constructed by local developer Moir Developments on the back of the successful West Newbigging development, and homes are expected to be available in 2023.
Plans for 34 new multi-bedroom homes in Whitfield in Dundee have been approved by Dundee City Council. The properties are to be the latest phase in a five-part project from developers DJ Laing Homes Limited, which aims to bring more homes to the Whitfield area.

Six new homes will be built on the site of a former Dundee fire station after planning permission was secured. A planning application was lodged last year by Discovery Homes to build half a dozen houses on the site of the former Northern Fire Station, located on Dundee’s Strathmore Avenue.
