• Ventilation: Detailed analysis of domestic ventilation systems, principles of airflow, moisture control, and noise considerations to ensure healthy indoor air quality.
• Mould Awareness & Remediation: Extensive training on the microbiology of fungi, health risks associated with damp environments, compliance with emerging standards such as Awaab’s Law, containment procedures, and mycotoxin cleanup.
• Verification, Validation, and Certification: Best practices for mould testing, validating drying results, and issuing proper decontamination and drying certificates.
• Health and Safety: Comprehensive guidance on Health and Safety regulations, COSHH, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
