We currently own and manage 873 rented properties and provide a range of factoring services to 937 owners and multi tenure estates and buildings throughout Rutherglen and Cambuslang.

To support the ongoing successful delivery of our objectives, we are looking to recruit a motivated and experienced Maintenance Officer that will embrace innovative new working processes as well as deliver ongoing improvements. As an integral part of a small asset management department, you will require to be a strong team player. You will also need to be flexible and be prepared to assist when required to meet the needs of the team and the organisation.
As the Maintenance Officer you will deliver a first-class reactive repairs and maintenance service as well as ensuring that our contractors meet the standards we expect, our re-let properties meet our lettable standards and the open and shared environments within our communities are well maintained, kept clean and tidy and are safe.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- a track record in repairs and maintenance, preferably within the social rented sector
- a sound understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements relating reactive and void repairs
- excellent customer service and communication – verbal and written – skills
- an innovative approach to problem solving
- a full, current clean driving licence and daily access to a car
