Milnbank Housing Association has announced the start of work on new homes for social rent at the former Haghill Primary School.

Building and construction firm The JR Group has officially handed over 31 new homes at the former Royal Hospital for Sick Children site in Edinburgh to Home Group Scotland.

Plans have been submitted by Eildon Housing Association for a new housing development right in the centre of Galashiels at St Aidans, offering 19 general needs apartments with car parking.

The JR Group has started work on a significant new residential development in the Ibrox area of Glasgow, created in collaboration with Graeme Nicholls Architects and delivered in partnership with Wheatley Group.

A total of 12 one-bedroom flats and 12 two-bedroom flats will be built on the site of the former St. Pauls Church in Hamilton.

The JR Group celebrated the official start of its first housing development in partnership with North Lanarkshire Council, with a groundbreaking ceremony at the site on Coshneuk Road, Millerston.

Rural Stirling Housing Association (RSHA) has unveiled 14 brand new homes in the Stirlingshire village of Croftamie.  Stirling MSP Evelyn Tweed officially launched the development with tenants now in their new homes.
