JR Group has successfully delivered 30 affordable homes on East Academy Street in Wishaw as it awaits a decision on plans for 12 more flats in the town.

Paisley-based construction firm The JR Group is celebrating the completion of a landmark inner-city development in Glasgow’s East End. The 68 homes for social rent on Olympia Street in Bridgeton were built by the company on behalf of Link Group.

Representatives from Link and JR Construction (Scotland) Limited welcomed Councillor Gordon Hughes, Falkirk Council’s spokesperson for housing, to a sod cutting event at Link’s Williamson Street development in Falkirk last week. The event marked the start of construction of 36 affordable

hub West Scotland (hWS) has named CCG, Cruden, Engie (formerly Keepmoat) and Lovell as its new housing delivery partners. The contractors can now bid to deliver hWS's £15 million Tom Johnstone House development for East Dunbartonshire Council.
