Clydebank Housing Association’s maintenance assistant wins place on management development programme

Raeann Rankine
Clydebank Housing Association’s (CHA) maintenance assistant, Raeann Rankine, was selected as the winner of the free place on Share’s Management Development Programme.
Share offered this sought after opportunity to one person within its Young Housing Professionals Network, with the young professionals having to complete an application for consideration.
Raeann’s manager, Jack Devlin, said: “Starting in June, Raeann will undertake this development programme and will enjoy invaluable training that will no doubt help her own personal skills and career development while promoting CHA. There are many talented individuals who attend the Young Housing Professional Network so it is a huge achievement coming out on top. Congratulations!”
A spokesperson for Share added: “Share was delighted to have received an outstanding submission from Raeann Rankine for the sponsored place on the Management Development Programme, offered to one of our Young Housing Professionals following their first Conference, which took place in March. Raeann has demonstrated exceptional motivation, dedication, and ambition. These qualities shine through in both her application and her ongoing commitment to the Young Housing Professionals Network.
“We are confident that this opportunity will support Raeann in further developing her skills, confidence, and sector knowledge, ultimately opening new doors, and helping to shape a successful and rewarding career in housing.”
Raeann was delighted to have been chosen for a place on the programme, stating: “It feels like a real vote of confidence, and I’m excited to grow my skills, step further into leadership, and contribute more to the team and the organisation. I’m also grateful for the opportunity. It’s a big step toward my long-term career goals.”
