Shortlisted nominees for the Governing Body Team of the Year; Housing Team of the Year; Outstanding Commitment to Employee Wellbeing and Community Impact awards, among others, have been released.

Hosted by the specialist housing and training organisation, the Share Annual Conference and Awards dinner event on the 30th of April at the Hilton Glasgow will bring together professionals from across Scotland for an evening of recognition, learning and inspiration.

Emma Cameron, journalist and presenter at STV, returns as the host for the evening.

This year, learning and professional development are highlighted through Digital Learning Organisation of the Year. The award will recognise organisations that have embraced digital learning to build skills across their workforce.

Nominees for Digital Learning Organisation of the Year include Dalmuir Park Housing Association, Drumchapel Housing Co-operative, Lanarkshire Housing Association, and Paragon Housing Association.

One of the most anticipated honours of the evening will be the Housing Hero: Lifetime Achievement Award, which recognises an individual whose career has made a lasting contribution to Scotland’s housing sector. While finalists are not being publicly announced ahead of time, the award promises to be an emotional highlight celebrating extraordinary dedication and service.

Individual awards that encapsulate the housing industry’s Rising Stars will also be announced on the night – recognising both the Modern Apprentice of the Year and the One to Watch categories.

The awards ceremony will take place following Share’s Annual Conference, which will bring together housing professionals, governing body members and sector leaders for discussion on the challenges and opportunities facing housing in Scotland.

Organisers say the combined event provides an opportunity for attendees not only to recognise achievement but also to exchange ideas, build connections and explore how organisations can continue strengthening governance, leadership and professional development.

Winners across each category will be announced during the awards ceremony.
