The headline theme, “More than just a housing provider” is a nod by the organisation to the diversification of services housing associations, and the wider property sector in general provide.

Delegates will hear from a variety of speakers on issues such as rent controls, fuel poverty, tenancy sustainment, wellbeing and more, while also being afforded the opportunity to air their views.

The 2023 conference will also see the inaugural Alan Ferguson Learner of the Year award presented to the winner at the Gala dinner on Friday 24th March. 

Commenting on the conference, SHARE’s CEO Daryl McIntosh: “This is a difficult time for everyone as we all face harsh economic conditions and continuing uncertainty. This varied and thought-provoking programme will support and inspire both staff and committee members as they navigate the tough times ahead.” 

SHARE Annual Conference is open to all members and non-members and 2023 sees the introduction of a conference day ticket on Friday for those unable to attend for the full weekend.

Recognising financial decisions made in the current climate are extremely difficult, SHARE have held the 2020 pricing structure for bookings prior to 23rd January 2023.
