The former Ayrshire College site in Kilmarnock is set to be transformed into a community of new homes as Barratt Homes starts work on the site.

Housebuilder Barratt Developments has delivered a £256 million boost to the UK economy over the past year, an increase of £29m from the previous year. During that period, the group built 1,862 new homes in Scotland (up from 1,729) and supported more than 4132 jobs (up from 3,700).
