Glasgow-based construction company CCG(Scotland) Ltd has invested a total of £38,000 in community projects across Ayrshire since 2018. The business has also provided jobs, apprenticeships and education opportunities for local residents.

Voting has started to fill four vacancies on Ayrshire Housing’s board. In the tenant section, there are four candidates for two places. In the community section, three community volunteers are competing for two places.

Ayrshire Housing has completed 39 flats in Peebles Street in Ayr to add to its portfolio of over 1,500 houses. The Association’s vice-chair Kenny George welcomed Miss Sharon Bell and her daughter Myrren to their new flat.

Ayrshire Housing has announced its support for two local youth football teams. Grants have been awarded to provide kit for Girvan Youth Football Club and Vics in the Community’s new youth team.

Ayrshire Housing has continued to show its support for local charities by with a raft of new donations. Each year the Association works with a school to create a seasonal card sent to all its tenants.
